Covid 19 Update

On April 1st, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis issued a state-wide "Safer at Home" order which encourages all non-essential services to stay at home until April 30th.  Based on the Guidelines, Florida Outdoors RV is considered essential and will remain open during this time. 

In an effort to keep our employees and customers safe, we've implemented operational changes to assist our customers -- especially those who may need RV repairs or supplies. We've implemented the following practices at our locations:

• Our offices will be open, but we ask customers to set up an appointment first to see any of our RVs. 
• For service related questions, we will be handling all communication through phone and email. Please call 772-288-2221 or 863-623-4689 for any service related issues. 
• Our RV technicians will still be working on units at this time and are taking extra precautions to prevent the spread of the virus. We ask that you not be in your unit at any time with our technicians.
• We've implemented many tools to help our sales team consult with you virtually. If you would like to get more information on one of our units we would be happy to set up a Virtual Tour through Facetime or Google Hangouts or schedule a private tour at one of our lots. 
• Free delivery of any unit purchased to limit traffic through our stores. 
• We're handling all loan and legal paper work in relation to buying an RV either digitally or through next day mail.
