As some of you know our stores are located on the East Coast of South Florida, and one in the center of the State of Florida right next to Lake Okeechobee. 

You can enter the ocean to the lake near our Stuart store.  There is a small town in Martin County called Hobe Sound.  One of our pristine beaches.  When you drive out to this beach you will also see a canopy of banyan trees to drive under, always a serene drive to the Hobe Sound beach.. The trail will start either in Hobe Sound for you or at the Lake.  Check out the floridahikes.com for all of the information. This will give you base camps along the trail to plan your trip accordingly.  

So many hikes available in Florida that many people do not know about.  The diversity of our State is wide. From the East Coast, to the middle of the state to the West Coast, not to forget the panhandle, and the keys.  So many ecosystems to check out if you are planning a hiking, or camping trip.   

The freeroam.app allows you to  search by campground type, price, cell signal, fullness, weather, elevation etc. So if you want to plan your summer RV trip,  I would suggest starting now places are filling up quick.

The site is very easy to use. When you click on each icon you will find reviews, camping styles, etc.  I would also recommend checking with the National Parks association after planning a trip on the site just to double, triple check your route with closures of parks or services. We hope whatever is on your bucket list you start creating the experience for yourself and for your family.
