Stuart, FL is the “Most Beautiful City” in America for populations 15,001 to 25,000" according to America in Bloom 2008. It is also home to Florida Outdoors’ main dealership. If you are heading down from the North, we are located almost directly in the middle between Orlando and Miami. We are going to take a moment to introduce you to #oursmalltowns? Florida Outdoors has two stores in small towns - Stuart and Okeechobee. Today we will look at our flagship store in Stuart. Our owner John McCluskey, has been the proud owner of Florida Outdoors RV for over 15 years. After purchasing the store in 2005, he has made a presence in not only the small town market but also nationally as President of the US RV Dealers Association. Florida Outdoors RV, is locally owned and operated. Our small-town dealership is your one stop shop for everything RV related.
Let me tell you a little more about this little town we get to call home. Stuart is a hidden gem in Florida and was named "Happiest Seaside Town in America" by Coastal Living 2016. Downtown Stuart’s charm is filled with local restaurants, small locally owned shops all having a coastal feel. There is a short riverwalk which is also known to the locals as Rock'n Riverwalk. that extends from all the shops on the riverside it is a must do. On Sundays, they have a green market and live music.
Stuart is also known as the Sailfish Capital of the World. The recreation world here is Stuart is vast. Our residents and visitors love playing on the water, surfing, paddle-boarding, boating and of course the newest craze the Flite Board. If you haven't seen this before it is very intriguing.
Are you someone who is into any of the above mentioned lifestyles? If so, I would suggest checking out our Toy Haulers! We just got this beauty in this week, 2021 THOR OUTLAW 29J, so far being a newbie in the #rvworld, this is my favorite model. It has the elegance of a C Class Motorhome with the extra space for all of your outdoor toys! This particular one has dark grey sofas with a red accent thread. The last Outlaw we had in stock sold in less than three days. You can check out the video of the walk thru by our brilliant service technicians here.
Knowledge is key in this industry as many others. When you are ready to head out onto the #openroad you might want to schedule a service check. If your coach has sat idle for a couple months or even longer you will want to do a service check before heading out with someone in the industry. I recently heard a story of something that happened when an acquaintance rented an RV. They did not have a good experience. Basically the RV wasn't useful for the trip. They ended up staying in a hotel for a night how crazy is that! So I fiqured I should share what we recommend doing before taking a trip. Servicing your RV for a trip should be done before you head out onto the #openroad. Bring it into us for a check up. Our service crew is filled with experience. A service check may include a roof inspection, wheel bearing service, slide room maintenance, generator check, oil change, trailer brake inspection and adjustment, checking the air covers on the roof, and slide room toppers whatever you want us to look at we have a service technician to handle the issue.
