Greetings - I wanted to let you know about my experience I had recently at your RV dealership. First of all I bought a used travel trailer through the internet. Darrell Sanford helped me throughout the process. He provided excellent service. He was patient and kind. I had many questions and concerns about driving from NC to south Fl to buy something I only had pictures of. Darrell was able to go back to the original owner and retrieve information and fix problems as they were identified. He made himself available regardless of his other obligations and answered my calls quickly and with good humor.

When I arrived to pick up the trailer Darrell and the rest of the team greeted me as if I was buying a new Class A. They answered my many quesitons and provided addtional checks on the trailer at my request.

After I arrived home with the trailer Darrell assisted me further with getting manuals which I hope to receive soon.

I have bought many different RVs over the years, meaning I have spent a lot of time in dealerships. This was the best experience I have had. Everyone, especially Darrell, made me feel secure and happy with buying my trailer. I would gladly make the trip again to just do business with such a class-act organization.
